Foundation Models and Advanced Agentic Systems
النماذج التأسيسية والأنظمة الوكيلية المتقدمة
This chapter gathers foundation models as a distinct technical phenomenon: their architectures, training, adaptation and modes of release, together with the advanced agentic systems built on them and the reliability and sovereignty questions that follow. It differs from Chapter 4, which treats classical tasks, and from Chapter 8, which covers engineering, operations and adoption.
