This chapter provides the detailed comparative profiles of countries, sectors, regulatory frameworks, maturity levels and national cases. It builds on the frameworks and legislation set out in Chapter 14 without re-explaining them, and differs from Chapter 10, which covers sectoral uses, and from Chapter 16, which follows events chronologically.
